It's pretty sad when there is only 4 power outages in Worcester County according to the map and @nationalgridus takes 4 to 5 hours to address the problem, yet demand instant bill payment or they'll disconnect your power in minutes.

@WCVB @wbz why are you guys not reporting about the @nationalgridus power outages after a brief thunderstorm? It's bad enough they profit billions of dollars yet can't reinvest into making sure their power grid works when it's raining or the wind blows.

Learned something fun today about theft from @nationalgridus. My lease terminates this Saturday (10/29), but @nationalgridus refuses to terminate my service until 11/1. They absolutely will not do it, and will charge me for usage after I *no longer lease the apartment*. 1/2
