@Xfinity so you’re really gonna tell me that at 7:30am my internet speed was 100mbps but at 9am when everyone is sitting down to work from home my internet suddenly is out and then it’s at 10mbps. Y’all are scamming people because you get away with it.

@comcast @Xfinity live chat & phone customer service is a joke. They falsely provide information. Lead you on to believe they are resolving your issue. Don't follow up. After 2 weeks of waiting, they're not honoring what was promised by their representative. Ruining my holiday!
