Can I make changes to my Bondi Babe Subscription? (Change/Skip/Frequency)
Once you've joined Bondi Babe Subscriptions, it is easy to manage your account. You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, or cancel a subscribed product by visiting the 'My Subscriptions' in your account. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.
Change An Order Date
To change your next order date, click on 'Manage Subscriptions' within your My Bondi account and navigate to the 'Subscriptions' tab. Click the 'Edit' button to the right of the next shipment date, then click 'Next Charge Date' to select a new date for your order. This will change the order date for the entire subscription order, including multiple products.
Skip A Delivery
To skip an order, click on 'Manage Subscriptions' within your My Bondi account and navigate to the 'Subscriptions' tab. Click the 'Edit' button to the right of the upcoming delivery. Navigate down to 'Skip Shipment'. The subscription will now reflect your next frequency date.
Change Shipment Frequency
To modify the delivery frequency for a subscription item, click on 'Manage Subscriptions' within your My Bondi account and navigate to the 'Delivery Schedule' tab. Click the 'Edit' button to the right of the upcoming delivery. Navigate down to 'Delivery Schedule' to change the delivery frequency.
How do I cancel my Bondi Babe Subscription?
We'd recommend pausing or skipping your subscription if you're looking to adjust the frequency of your order, however, if you would like to cancel, please follow the below steps: To cancel a subscription item, click on 'My Subscriptions' within your My Bondi account and navigate to the 'Subscriptions' tab. Click the 'Edit' link to the right of the item you wish to cancel, scroll down and click 'Cancel Subscription' - you'll be prompted to confirm this action and indicate your reason for canceling.
How do I update my payment method?
Click on 'Manage Subscriptions' within your My Bondi account and navigate to the 'Payment Methods' tab. Click the "Send Email To Update" link and follow the prompts upon receiving the email.
How do I update my address?
Click on 'My Subscriptions' within your My Bondi account and navigate to the 'Shipping' tab. Click into your stored address and follow the prompts to update your delivery address.
Am I entitled to Free Shipping?
When you spend over $60 on Bondi Babe Subscriptions, with the same frequency, you'll receive free shipping. You can add more products to your subscription at any time. Otherwise, our standard delivery fees apply. Learn More

Can I add additional products to my existing Bondi Babe Subscription?
Absoutely! Click on 'Manage Subscriptions' within your My Bondi account and navigate to the 'Subscriptions' tab. Click the 'Add A Product' button located on the top right. Then simply choose another product to add to your existing subscription.
Can I receive my Bondi Babe Subscription order immediately?
Yes Lover! If you have run out of your fave Bondi Sands products a little earlier and need your Bondi Babe Subscription as soon as possible, please refer to the following steps: Click on 'Manage Subscriptions' within your My Bondi account and navigate to the 'Subscriptions' tab. Click the 'Edit' button to the right of the upcoming delivery and navigate down to 'Order Now'. It's as simple as that!
Can I use discounts in conjunction with my Bondi Babe Subscription?
