What Do the Different Colors Mean When Adding Transactions? (2024)

When adding transactions in ISP, each will be color-coded. The color of the frame that surrounds the transaction details will help you determine which transaction type you’re adding. Generally speaking, incoming funds will be green, outgoing funds will be red, and accrued or estimated transactions will be blue.

  • Accrued Expense: Blue on Top and Red on the Right
  • Accrued Income: Blue on Top and Green on the Right
  • Enforceable Pledge: Blue on Top and Green on the Right
  • Estimated Expense: Blue on Top and Blue on the Right
  • Expense: Red on Top and Red on the Right
  • Inkind Contribution: Blue on Top and Blue on the Right
  • Internal Transfer: Green on Top and Green on the Right
  • Loan Made: Red on Top and Blue on the Right
  • Loan Received: Green on Top and Blue on the Right
