Hey @virginmedia, please install fibre lines in Mow Cop (ST7) so I can get rid of PlusNet. Had to change from Virgin Broadband when we moved, and I never had a single issue. Sick of PlusNet outages now.

Looks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. ๐

@Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin ๐ญ we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to sh*te versions of both. ๐

And no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.

@OpenreachHelp Hi, Iโve spoken to @Plusnet re an outage in CM6 which they say is an external fault since yesterday but wonโt get fixed until Tuesday afternoon. Bearing in mind people rely on an internet connection to work from home, is this really acceptable?

@Plusnet simply issuing the same, bland, uninformative statement every few hours does nothing to reassure customers that Plusnet know what the issue is and have the capability to fix it. Anymore of this stand-offish nonsense and I too will be off.

@Plusnet Iโd like to take the offer up of changing both at the same time please. Iโd also like to talk to someone about our wifi as itโs always poor - we never get the speeds weโre supposed to and have had it checked a few times but nothing cures it. Username - melaniejwood. Thanks

@alastairjgilroy @SkyHelpTeam Had exactly the same issue with Sky. After hours of calls to support they refused to admit it was an issue their end so I left in my cooling off period, moving to Plusnet. The instant the line was switched over to Plusnet all devices could again connect to Netflix.
